administrative support team

From the first call in the morning, the Administrative Support Team is ready to help our schools and families. Much of the Administrative Support Team work is done behind the scenes. They monitor office supplies, oversee office machines, distribute faxes, and assist in mailings to schools. The Administrative Support Team tracks scholarships and donations, and coordinates our involvement in various conferences. The team offers support not only to the home office staff, but also to the regional sales staff.

Accounting and Human Resources are divisions of the Administrative Support Team. Accounting is responsible for reconciling bank accounts, payments received, and remittances to schools. Accounting verifies payments to employees and vendors as well. Human Resources implements and administers company benefits, recruits, interviews, and coordinates the company hiring process. This team also conducts orientations, develops company policies, and is in charge of employment law compliance and all other HR-related functions.
