Grant & Aid Operations

The Grant & Aid team services schools using our financial-needs-assessment program. We provide an application for parents at our client institutions that can be completed online or on paper. Based on the information from the application and supporting tax documentation, we provide a financial-need analysis on the family to the school.

An Account Manager is assigned to each institution using our service to provide assistance throughout the process. Online training, researching problem applications, and assisting with the allocation of funds are a few examples of the customer-service experience our Account Managers provide.
