Many times, Operations is the first point of contact from the home office for schools and families. Each team within Operations is a unique part of the solution.

 

Assistant Account Managers

The Assistant Account Managers provide a wide variety of services to both our institutions and payers. Two of their primary functions are as the frontline representatives for most payer calls and researching problems with agreements and banking information.

Account Managers

Much of the Account Managers' responsibility is to help provide solutions to our schools regarding the payment-plan process. They are available to answer questions and make changes to agreements at the school's discretion. Account Managers also assist payers with questions they may have regarding their agreements.

Training

Our Training team provides interactive online/telephone training to staff members at our institutions to familiarize them with our program. In addition, internal training for employees is a vital and ongoing part of our dedication to serve our institutions and payers.

Customer Care Center

The Customer Care Center focuses on providing assistance to the seasonal influx of calls we receive from FACTS Grant & Aid applicants (parents). This team is also assigned various other responsibilities to meet our ever-changing needs.
